Refund policy for One time donations:
Casa adheres to highest level of transparency and accountability while dealing with the donors and their generous support.
We recognise that there could be chances of some unintentional donations being credited to CASA, due to human error or erroneous transactions. CASA would assure that any such transaction is dealt in most ethical and transparent manner.
Refund request shall be entertained only in case of duplicate/multiple/wrong transaction made by an error either technical or human in nature. In such cases donor need to send in a written communication (either by email or letter), stating the reason for return. This email/ letter containing the complete details in the provided format should be addressed to:

Upon confirmation of the reason for refund, the executive would get back to the donor, requesting for some mandatory bank information, required to process the refund.
The refund would be done either by NEFT/ Cheque based on request from the donor and bank information provided.
From the day we receive the information, the refund would be made within 15 days for Indian donors and 45 days for International donors.
Refund cases, where 80G has been issued shall be returned to the CASA in original and shall not be used to seek any related benefits/privileges. Any misuse shall be sole responsibility of the donor and CASA shall not be held accountable for the same.

- Transaction date and mode
- Account details [a/c holder name, a/c Number, Bank Name, IFSC code (if not then branch address), SWIFT Code (for FCRA only)].
Refund and Cancellation Policy for Monthly Donations :
Refund for Monthly donation will be applicable only for the first donation and process remains same as mentioned above for one-time donation. Any refund post first donation, donations shall not be entertained. However, donors will have the liberty to cancel or hold their donations at any point of time by simply contacting CASA Donor Services Officer, by phone at number +91-9821788305 or by writing an email to [email protected].
Cancellation shall be applicable for subsequent donations only.
Date of debit from the second month for every monthly donation would be 7th of every month. Any requests received for cancellation, after 1st of any month, shall be considered for debit cancellation from next calendar month.
